Perumbakkam.

Home Admire is an interior design studio based right in Perumbakkam, on Sholinganallur Main Road near Kailash Nagar. We design and build modular kitchens, wardrobes, living rooms, bedrooms and complete turnkey homes for families across Perumbakkam and the nearby OMR belt. Being local matters: we reach your site quickly, we know the apartment layouts in the area, and you can visit our team without crossing the city.

Perumbakkam has grown fast. Many families here live in 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in gated communities, or in newly built independent houses. These homes usually come with bare walls and basic fittings, so the real work starts after the keys are handed over. A good interior designer in Perumbakkam should understand compact floor plans, plan storage smartly and still keep the home bright and easy to maintain. That is exactly what we focus on.

Common home types we design for in Perumbakkam

Most of our Perumbakkam work falls into three groups. First, 2BHK apartments between 750 and 1,100 sq ft, where every inch of storage counts. Second, 3BHK apartments, where families want a proper pooja unit, a study corner and a larger kitchen. Third, independent homes and villas that need a complete design from the false ceiling down to the wardrobes. In each case we begin with how your family actually lives: who cooks, who works from home, how many people use the wardrobes and where guests sit.

Modular kitchens built for Indian cooking

The kitchen is where most Perumbakkam homeowners start. Indian cooking means heavy use of oil, masalas and steam, so we recommend moisture-resistant boards, durable laminates or acrylic shutters, and soft-close hardware that lasts. We plan the work triangle between the stove, sink and refrigerator, add tall units for groceries and appliances, and include chimney and hob provisions in the design. You can see how we approach layouts on our services page.

Wardrobes, bedrooms and storage

In compact apartments, wardrobes decide how spacious a bedroom feels. We design sliding and hinged wardrobes with loft storage, internal drawers and pull-outs, and we match finishes to the rest of the room. For master bedrooms we add headboard panelling, side tables and soft lighting. For children's rooms we plan study tables and bunk or storage beds that grow with the child.

Living room, TV unit, pooja unit and false ceiling

The living area is the first thing guests see. We build TV units with concealed wiring and display shelves, add wall panelling or fluted wood details, and finish the ceiling with cove lighting where the height allows. Pooja units are designed to fit the available wall, with a base for storage and a backlit panel for a calm look.
